Nothing on the Site constitutes a medical recommendation, clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. UnitedBiome is not a licensed healthcare provider. Any content related to microbiome science, biological preservation, fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT), or health outcomes is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions. UnitedBiome expressly disclaims any liability for actions taken based on information found on the Site. 

4. Early Access Registration The Site may invite you to register your interest or apply for early access to UnitedBiome's services. By submitting your information, you agree to receive communications from UnitedBiome related to product updates, launch information, and related announcements. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at rami@unitedbiome.com. We will not sell or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes. Registration for early access does not constitute a binding agreement for services, guarantee access to any product, or create any financial or legal obligation on either party. 

5. Intellectual Property All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and the overall design — is the property of Smart Health Ventures Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent. Nothing on the Site grants you any license or right to use any trademark, trade name, or logo of UnitedBiome or any third party. 

6. Confidential and Proprietary Information Certain materials accessible through or referenced on this Site, including investor presentations and scientific summaries, are proprietary and confidential. By accessing such materials, you agree not to disclose, reproduce, or distribute them to any third party without UnitedBiome's express written permission.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UnitedBiome and its officers, directors, employees, advisors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed CAD $100. 

11. Privacy Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at unitedbiome.com/privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. 

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site. 

13. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
