Smart Health Ventures Inc., operating as UnitedBiome ("UnitedBiome," "we," "us," or "our"), is committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and your rights regarding that information when you visit unitedbiome.com (the "Site").
UnitedBiome is a Canadian company subject to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA). - a) Information you provide directly When you register for early access, submit a contact form, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and any other information you voluntarily provide.
- b) Automatically collected information When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type and version, device type, pages visited, time and date of your visit, and referring URLs. This information is collected through standard server logs and, where applicable, cookies.
- c) Health-related information UnitedBiome's future services involve the collection and preservation of biological samples and associated health data. If and when such services launch, we will present you with a separate, specific consent process and privacy notice governing the collection, use, and storage of any biological or health information. No biological or health data is collected through this Site at this time.
